Recruitment Business Development Manager

  • Circa ??28,000pa to ??33,000 basic + Car/Car allowance + Quarterly Commission and Elite Performance Bonus.
  • West Midlands, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire region
  • Permanent contract
  • Full-Time Monday to Friday
  • Flexible home/office working options available

  • Natural sales flare with the drive to achieve weekly, monthly, annual targets

  • Computer literate to compose business presentations, respond to bids and tenders
  • Highly self-motivated, ambitious and driven by success

About your Key responsibilities - Business Development Manager

  • Identifying and developing new business strategies
  • Consulting clients on the recruitment process and responding to the needs of their business
  • New sales identification and solution selling
  • Appointment setting, booking your own meetings
  • Conducting sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain marketplace knowledge
  • Selling our recruitment services in person and over the phone
  • Networking with local business
  • Negotiating business terms and follow a legal process
