As a Recruitment Consultant your role will be:
• Sourcing candidates for specialist positions
• Building relationships with clients and identifying opportunities and hiring needs.
• Marketing and selling positions to candidates
For every successful placement you make you will receive up to 35% uncapped commission.
Recruitment is an amazing work with likeminded individuals, rapidly progress your earnings and career development - and have a lot of fun along the way!
We find that candidates who are really well suited to this role and to us are:
• Degree educated preferred but not essential
• Sales experience (including door to door, charity fund raising, b2b, b2c etc) - this is not essential however
• Enjoy working in a target based environment
When you start your new role with us you will be enrolled on our 12 week development programme, we'll teach you everything you need to know about recruitment and get you up and billing quickly.
