If so, this leading Sevenoaks based company, is currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant/Accounts Manager to join their highly successful team. Drawing upon your solid, previous experience you will aim to add value to already existing accounts whilst also helping to build on new business areas.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Account management
- Resourcing for live jobs and contracts
- Looking for ways of increasing business through existing channels
- Helping to fill new jobs
- Find suitable CV's
- Build strong networking relationships and candidate resourcing
- Helping with on-boarding for new Contractors and answering their queries
- Sorting out extensions at renewal time
Successful candidates will need to have ideally 3-5 years' experience within a Recruitment or Account Management role with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally, applicants will be educated to degree level and corporate manner although this not essential.
