Candidate management is the key for any successful recruiter - people skills are must
Sales - not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call potential clients.
Negotiation - from clients fees to candidate salaries, negotiating plays a key part in the recruiter's success.
Whilst there is some external meetings, client appointments and candidate interviews, this is very much a desk role and as with all sales roles there are KPI's to be met.
