Recruitment Consultant - Marketing - 2019 Start Date

Year 1 OTE: ??35k, Yr 2 - ??40,000 - 60,000 and Year 3+ ??100,000

The Team:

You'd be joining the Marketing & Insight team, a team in our business that have a fantastic culture and collaborative approach. You'd be working under one of Harnhams Managers Talitha, whose career thus far with Harnham has been fantastic. Your role:

  • Building relationships and regularly consulting with clients and candidates where appropriate to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
  • Ensuring a business understanding of clients' needs including their organisational structure, future recruitment needs and company environment and culture.
  • Developing in depth market knowledge of clients and reacting to actively follow up and contacting relevant individuals following new announcement.
  • Generating new candidates through research and referrals.
  • Managing candidates including assessing new candidate's skill and experience, organising interview and guiding candidates through the interview process.
  • Developing a deep understanding of your niche discipline, building continuous knowledge and credibility.
