CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Talent Resourcing Manager to join the team located in the South East of the UK with regular working in our London offices as well as some travel across the UK as needed. The successful candidate will support our Life Sciences / Pharma division with first class recruitment support through the attraction, selection and management of talent into the organisation. The role will be a trusted advisor and dedicated recruitment business partner to the Managing Director of the division, supporting the delivery of the people and business strategies, ensuring recruitment best practice is adhered to whilst promoting quality and diversity in the services we deliver.

Role Summary:

  • Empowered to partner closely with aligned HR Business Partner and Managing Director to develop, deliver and implement a robust recruitment strategy in alignment with the business strategy

  • Own the talent strategy of the vertical market (recruitment strategy, succession planning, workforce planning), including working across the wider EMEA region on specific management recruitment as needed

  • Full vacancy management at middle to senior level recruitment across the full life cycle of the vacancy with a direct sourcing focus, including advertising, agency management, shortlisting, interview support, and stakeholder management

  • Proactive sourcing of talent for the vertical market to build and maintain a talent pipeline of suitable candidates

  • Conduct regular speculative interviews

  • Recruit and select in line with the Company's technical and behavioural requirements

  • Contribute to the achievement of the vertical market and Corporate HR metrics

  • Lead and assist with the implementation and compliance of recruitment policies and procedures across the vertical market, ensuring all Hiring Managers are educated on the process to follow

  • Raise brand awareness through external PR channels, including social media and professional networking

  • Adhere to resourcing SLA's and contribution to monthly KPI reporting

  • Collaborate with the wider Talent Resourcing team to review talent and be aligned on candidate management, ensuring transparency and sharing of talent across the business

  • Support and involvement in resourcing related projects, working within a team environment in a matrixed organisation across various geographies

  • Support the management and monitoring of recruitment agencies

  • Collaborate and cooperate with the broader Talent Resourcing, HR Operations, and Compensation & Benefits team to ensure seamless and aligned efforts and results in serving our internal customers

Experience Required:

  • Proven recruitment experience at a Recruitment Manager / Business Partner level
  • Experience working in a large complex organisation in a fast-paced environment (in a related industry, preferred)

  • Proven track record of success in proactive recruitment

  • Confident approach with the drive to directly source the best talent for the company with minimal use of 3rd party recruitment suppliers

  • Ability to quickly build solid relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Experience in managing multiple vacancies without compromising candidate quality

  • Familiarity using multi-media channels for direct sourcing

  • Knowledge of Taleo or another ATS (preferred)

  • Able to work effectively on own initiative with minimal supervision

  • Highly organised with attention to detail

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent relationship builder

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Able to work under pressure with a "can do" attitude

  • Ability to deliver a reactive service whilst operating proactively

  • Good standard of education with excellent written English

  • Able to travel as per the needs of the business
