Flourish Recruitment are looking for ambitious graduates wanting to build a career in recruiting. You will take on a broad and challenging role on the permanent desk which you will have the opportunity to develop your skills quickly.

With over 25 years of experience, Flourish recruitment provides a friendly, quality and efficient service, specialising in the catering and hospitality industry with both temporary and permanent placements, mainly supporting Hotels, Restaurants and Pubs nationwide and internationally.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and Bank Holidays off. Flexible hours are available for this role (e.g. 9:30am - 3:00pm).

You will find Flourish Recruitment located in the Burnley/Nelson area, Lancashire. Ext 12 off the M65.

What a Graduate Recruitment Consultant does:

- Manage the whole process from sourcing to placing candidates on a permanent basis.
- Build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
- Screening and interviewing candidates who have registered on our website or that have applied for positions we've advertised - finding out the key information, ensuring this is logged accurately.
- Sending out marketing emails to engage candidates that have registered their details with us and keep up to date with our client's job opportunities.
- Utilising various online tools to find great candidates that fit our clients brief.
- Formatting CV's to a high standard to ensure that all of the relevant information is presented to our clients.
- Using Social Media to promote candidates and jobs.

- Willingness to get involved in varying tasks.
- Experience or a strong desire to work in a small company, being proactive and independent.
