Our client, a leading global organisation in their specialist sector require a Resourcing Lead for their UK practice. Reporting in to the UK CEO, this is a newly created role to meet the demands of an expanding business with significant growth ambitions. To meet these ambitions and unite the diverse business units under one single global brand, you will work the clients' management team to understand the people, current and future projects to be delivered, and advise on the best in-house talent to deliver the work.
The role will focus around the key areas of resource planning including availability and utilisation reporting, skills matrix build-out and talent management. Previous experience in these areas is key. Any prior experience around input to the sourcing, implementation and functionality of a resourcing or candidate management system is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder and influencing skills to ensure the best talent are resourced on a x-business unit basis is imperative. Any knowledge around utilisation reporting to aid business planning is also advantageous. The ability to align individual developmental needs with future projects is highly beneficial.
You will have a minimum of 2 years recent and consecutive experience in a similar role. The remuneration is up to ??50,000 per annum.
