Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with or without recruitment/sales experience however with self-motivation and determination to succeed in a sales recruitment consultant position with fantastic interpersonal skills.
Working as a Business Development Consultant the ideal candidate will have some form of sales experience and will be looking to develop a career in recruitment.
The position is a '360 degree' role, meaning you deal with everything for the client start to finish offering variety and will encompass the following;
* Telephone canvassing new clients in selected markets, in order to generate new leads
* Arranging and conducting client meetings and presentations in order to generate new leads
* Securing new job vacancies to work on
* Conducting candidate search activities
* Arranging interviews for candidates with each new customer
* Negotiating rates/contracts/terms and conditions with the customer and the individual contractors/candidates
* Keeping accurate records of all actions and keeping the client and database up to date
* Achieving all sales targets set by your designated manager
Candidates applying will be willing to travel (overseas) when required and to work flexible hours where necessary to meet the demands of the customers however standard hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
Salary is between ??16,000 - ??25,000 and they may consider paying slightly more for an experienced consultant with a base of clients.
Extensive training will be provided and an individual career strategy will be outlined and modified constantly for you to achieve your set goals.
Successful consultants within the business are earning commission in Year 1 - ??30k, Year 2 - ??50-??60k and Year 3 - six figure earnings!
