With 40 staff already we are continuing our growth and need to appoint a new Trainee Account Manager for our Creative Division in Wilmslow.

It's a salaried position offering a starting wage of around ??19,000-??22,000 initially, but this basic will increase as you progress to ??24k (this is based on being an Account Manager and does not include your commission. OTE year 1 is circa ??25k). Once you have completed your training and apprenticeship you will have the chance to earn monthly commission on all revenue you bring in, plus pension, laptops and all the usual perks

*No new business sales role......its developing existing accounts and working alongside a top performing Associate Director

Ideally we are looking for people who want to develop a long term career in Sales or Account Management with some experience already gained whether it be Telesales, Sales Support, Customer Services or simply working in a B2B sales environment. We will consider all applicants from any background at all, so long as they can demonstrate an understanding of a B2B sales and account management process, and what it takes to succeed in these roles. Perhaps you can point to other personal achievements that show your ability to succeed.

We are a services based business working across the UK and internationally and each person hired will receive a detailed company induction, thorough training in sales and account management and of course recruitment, resourcing and researching techniques, before been given the opportunity to work with our top performing Associate Director.

Your job will be initially to provide additional support to all their major accounts, but in time, as your experience grows and develops you will have the opportunity to manage your own accounts. If you really show a natural flair for it, you will also have the chance if you want to do a full sales recruitment position, but we can cross those bridges if we come to them.

Whilst working with our associate (approx 3-6months or even longer if needed) during this time you will be shown the ropes from one of the best in the business, shadowing an already successful high performer, learning on the job and developing your skill set ready to embark on your own successful account management career.

*How will it work for you ????????????

Once you have passed the initial training, you will help us to source talent across all our networks. This will involve researching new clients and presenting your findings to the director, searching LinkedIn for suitable profiles, dealing with major account enquiries, organising interviews times, dates and locations. Searching our databases for suitable people. Introducing profiles to our key clients and decision makers and much much more.

You will not be asked to do new business, win work from clients, you will be supporting one of our top performers and helping them maintain the highest standards with our clients. If you excel then you will have the chance to manage your own accounts and deal with their vacancies from start to finish (obviously the earning potential goes up when you do this)

You will be working in a vibrant and busy sales environment with approximately 35 other sales staff. The role is 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You may need to do some extra hours in the week to stay on top of your tasks and dealing with customer enquiries.

*Brand new offices??????amazing fit out, it's not all work, work, work!

The business is moving to brand new offices in the centre of Wilmslow next to all the bars, restaurants and coffee houses, and the fit out is themed on a norther quarter style bar! As well as a state of the art sales floor, the office provides staff with pool tables, break out areas, honesty bar, game stations and wide screen TV screens for socialising during and after work, so it's not all work, work, work!!

*Culture??????..it's one of the biggest selling points

The company ages range from mainly around 23-33 but all consideration is given to all age groups. The business does a lot of social activities outside of work hours ranging from company nights out, directors lunches, race days, team building events, office incentives, games, quizzes and the occasional international break or conference (We've been to Vegas, Ibiza, Barcelona, Palma plus much more)
