As Recruitment Consultant for Alexander Daniels you will be responsible for;
- Managing your own desk in one of our specialised functions such as HR, Marketing, Finance or Sales.
- Business development of new clients and account management of existing clients.
- Candidate management.
- Organising industry specific events.
In order to be successful in this role you will;
- Enjoy working within a target driven environment where you have the autonomy to manage your desk as you see fit and set targets which you feel are realistic.
- Come from a recruitment background with minimum 1 years experience OR from a sales background.
- Enjoy working as a team and be motivated by incentives.
