Job Overview

Due to our continued growth we are now looking for someone to join our resourcing team based in our Brighton office. You will be responsible for providing administration support to the RBP and HR, covering the full Lifecyle of the recruitment process. The Resourcing Assistant will be part of the Paxton apprenticeship scheme that will require you to be at college one day week to complete your studies working towards completing the CIPD Level 3 qualification. This is a great opportunity for an individual that is looking to build a career in the recruitment and HR sector.

Job Role

* Responsible for coordinating and booking in all interviews for the RBP and Hiring Managers

* Writing effective job adverts to attract the best talent for all Paxton's global vacancies and review applications received and submitting the best candidates for the RBP to review

* Researching key headcount trending, recruitment, and market data to inform local resourcing decisions

* Providing effective support to the RBP in building an effective pipeline of hard to fill roles by pro-actively sourcing through a variety of channels including e-sourcing, employee referral, on and off-line advertising and events

* Responsible for processing new starters such as raising contracts, inputting starters on the inhouse HR System, supporting first day inductions etc.

* Responsible for conduction exit interviews and providing reports to HR and the RBP on any noticeable trends

* Providing administration support as and when required.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written commination skill, with the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders

* Highly organised and target driven working at speed

* Dependable and working with patience

* Confident yet personable when working with managers and active/passive candidates

* Some experience in the recruitment sector would be advantageous but is not essential

* Some experience in an administrative / sales / customer service role
