Manchester based Recruitment Business Development Manager

Proudstaff Limited are an outsource workforce provider for a number of clients across the North West within the driving, logistics, industrial and commercial sectors.

We are looking for a Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team and sell our recruitment solutions. The role will suit an ambitious, motivated, creative and hard-working person keen to accelerate their career in sales. The successful individual will have a proven track record of sales achievements and customer relationship experience within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* New business development

* Building strong commercial and long term relationships with prospects and clients.

* Arranging appointments and meetups

* Manage a pipeline of new leads, projected business and prospective clients

* Work towards and achieve set monthly KPI's

Requirements:

* Business development manager experience within recruitment

* Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities

* Confident and a natural communicator with excellent relationship building skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Target driven and motivated
