Barrington James is looking for Graduate Recruitment Consultant to be fully supported / trained into a successful Recruitment Consultant. You will manage the full 360 degree recruiting role where you will be responsible for the whole process from start to finish. Support and training will be offered to all new Graduate Recruitment Consultants from an entry level but you will also need to be driven, ambitious and motivated to earn commission at an amazing 40% of your billing.
This is a unique opportunity to earn ??40,000 to ??50,000 in your first year as an entry level Recruitment Consultant, and realistically ??70,000 to ??120,000 second year. There is a clear career progression structure from the beginning with the chance to become Senior Manager 2 years.
You will be responsible for:
* Head-hunting, networking, cold calling and referrals to help fill positions of your clients
* Building and retaining your own clients in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and values
* Preparing, amending and submitting CVs
* Identifying and following up business leads
* Overseeing the interview process and notifying your Candidate of the outcome
