It is very busy, demanding work and requires you to look after our clients in a first class, professional manner as well as building solid relationships with candidates.
- Communicate effectively on the phone
- Listen well
- Manage expectations (clients and candidates)
- Write good adverts for jobs
- Manage your time/desk productively
We will bring the jobs to you (so no cold calling/marketing) and all you have to do is fill them!
