Kelly Scientific are looking to appoint an ambitious, target driven and highly sales focused recruitment consultant for our Manchester branch as we look to move to our fantastic, new City Centre offices in the New Year!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultant with specialist experience who is looking for a new challenge, and to develop their career. Kelly Scientific as a network wants to become the Destination for Top Talent - ensuring that we are communicating with the top 10% of the Life Sciences population at all times across specific specialist sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Specialist recruitment within a vertical of Life Sciences, with the freedom to cover the entire UK.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new clients to ensure a first class service is delivered to our customers, whilst capitalising on new business opportunities
- Proactively sourcing candidates in the market place through social media, job adverts and referrals from your network
- Reviewing applicant's CV's in response to live vacancies, screening the relevantly experienced candidates by telephone and face-face interviews
- Keep up to date with the Life Sciences market - new trends, products and changes to legislation; with the ability to offer a full consultancy service to clients to advise them of new issues and changes in the market
- Accountable for driving sales and margin growth to increase branch profitability
- Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Developing and enhancing the business brand in market

The Successful candidate will have:

- Proven recruitment experience, ideally having worked in a specialised market or have a strong scientific background (degree level and/or industry experience within science) with the drive to move into a sales orientated role
- The ability to work under pressure within a challenging environment
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong influence, persuasion and networking abilities
- Self motivation and ambition
