Our client is an accountancy recruitment specialist, working across multiple sectors.

This is a full-time job opportunity. Salary: ??20k.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Structured day initially more candidate focused to build the knowledge and confidence. Within 3 months role will progress to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position.

Day-to-day activities will include:

Client Management:

  • Identify client needs and provide a quality driven service in order to fill their jobs
  • Qualify job specification / salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job description - check info / client requirements in line with key processes and legislation
  • Gather info on client - decision maker and no of employees
  • Network internally and externally with clients
  • Benchmark for clients - salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
  • Develop own knowledge to become an expert in Accountancy & Finance sector

Sales:

  • New business generation - make canvass calls, search website leads, act on candidate leads, carry out mail shot activities and meet new clients on a monthly basis
  • Add new contacts to Adapt and develop potential client future business
  • Client visits - new and service - identify and follow up business leads

Candidate Management:

  • Attract and retain existing and new candidates via Adapt, Jobsites, Advertisements and Referrals
  • Create and post job adverts
  • Pre-screen and meet candidates weekly and in line with KPI dashboard
  • Build and maintain candidate skills matrix ensuring information is kept up to date on a daily basis
  • Candidate control - keep in regular contact to review progress and performance
  • Coach candidates on interview skills / Skills testing
  • Take references where possible
  • Spec CVs / Market candidates, Search / Shortlist CVs in line with job order request, ensure CVs are of a specific standard and reflective of client requests
  • Provide information to candidates on clients and job specifications for permanent jobs
  • Take feedback post interview
  • Manage the offer process and close
