The Role

Joining our IT / Betting & Gaming division, you will mainly focus on recruiting at middle management to senior executive level. Primarily you will recruit technical positions from Developers all the way to CTO's. This role offers great variety and you will operate across both UK and international markets. Key elements of the role will include:

  • New business development
  • Account management
  • Attending industry trade events both in the UK and overseas
  • Headhunting
  • Candidate interviewing (face to face, Skype, telephone)
  • Advert copy writing
  • Networking

The Requirements

We are ideally looking for experienced recruitment consultants or managers with experience within the IT sector. However, if you are a sales led person with a strong understanding of IT then we would also like to hear from you. Depending on your level of experience, we can tailor a training and induction program around you, designed to give you all the tools to maximise your potential. Key requirements include:
