What Will You Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have full control of developing new and established business throughout the North so experience of Sales is a must! You will be required to grow and develop the business by the way of networking, telemarketing & client visits, along with regular advertising to attract new candidates using various means such as job boards, job centres, websites and social media. Should you wish and providing you meet the required criteria you will be given the opportunity to grow and progress within the business to a senior level in line with the company's strategic growth plans. You will also be required to update the company database, ensuring all candidates are monitored & maintained in accordance with all governing bodies.
The Right Candidate for Us
As a Sales focussed individual you must be experienced in winning at all levels, you will be professional, self-motivated, punctual, ambitious and able to build strong, long lasting relationships. To be considered for this role you must haveprevious experience of sales or a good working knowledge of the Construction sectors. This is a fast paced and challenging role that requires a someone who's not afraid to put the effort in. In return my client offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop with the business, along with full training and ongoing personal development. Recruitment is a people person industry, so you must be prepared to speak with up to 30-40 Clients or Candidates daily to ensure you are on top of your game and you understand your local market in detail.
What's on Offer
The Construction Perm Desk Recruitment Consultant will be rewarded with a basic salary of ??18,000 - ??21,000 depending on previous experience, with a realistic earnings potential of ??30,000+ in your first year, although this could be much more depending on your drive and determination to succeed.
