Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2010, Barker Munro Recruitment is well known in our market and is looking forward to expanding our team with the addition of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

We believe in supporting and rewarding consultants financially and professionally and offer an uncapped commission scheme.
Once fully trained, you will be required to undertake a full 360 consultant role whereby you source candidates at all levels, deal with new and existing clients and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates. The role involves working within targeted markets of general Insurance and Financial Services whilst also having exposure to Professional Office and IT recruitment, building a network of clients through business development and Account management who will regularly come back to you for their recruitment needs. At the same time, you will be building up a network of candidates that have the skills for your specific market. You will be responsible for your own desk - your desire to learn and develop will ultimately be the key to your own success. Recruitment is about handling lots of things at once whilst having the drive and desire to deliver a great service and plan ahead. If you have a love for talking to people and have the ability to juggle numerous tasks at once, this could be the role for you.
Ideally we are seeking candidates who have a good standard of education at A Level or above, with graduates also considered. If you have begun your working career, we are looking for a stable work record, ideally from an office environment with sales involved.
