WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll be developing relationships with prestigious clients and talented professionals of all levels within your teams' specialist sector and managing the whole recruitment process from start to finish. You will be maintaining contact with clients to keep a step ahead of their recruitment needs, sourcing candidates using numerous marketing methods and offering 'after-care' services to those candidates once they've landed the perfect job.

COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING

From the very first day you join your training and continued personal development are our priorities, which is why we dedicate a budget of over ??225,000 every year exclusively for training.

All training will be delivered by experienced Senior Consultants up to Director Level who have a wealth of experience and unprecedented success within the recruitment industry. Once this thorough induction has been completed, and throughout your career, you will receive continuous training and your career development will be regularly reviewed and encouraged.

WHERE WILL I BE WORKING?

Since 2009, we have outgrown three offices in Leicester - a sure sign of our success. Our current office is fully refurbished and purpose built for us and is based right in the heart of the thriving Clarendon Park/Queen's Road area with space for over 50 staff members. The building has a beautiful fa??ade that is in keeping with the character of the rest of the properties in the area and actually used to be an old bank (the massive steel doors of the vault where all the cash was kept is still there and we have kept it as a feature of the office interior).

Thanks to our location there are always plenty of places to enjoy after-work drinks or our "Month End Friday" nights out, including our very own 'chill out zone' in the office with TVs, sofas, teas and coffees, and a bar.
