As a Resourcing Partner at Tribal you will source and recruit the talented individuals that enable Tribal to Empower the World of Education.

The Role

As Resourcing Partner, you will manage the global recruitment process for our product development teams, software implementation teams as well as several supporting functions.

You will act with autonomy as a resourcing expert with a key focus on developing and delivering sustainable recruitment strategies, which safeguards Tribal's ability to attract and hire the best technical talent. You will join at a pivotal time in our journey, with lots of scope to implement and drive positive change.

You will join our Talent team, with a clear focus in ensuring that Tribal is well placed to attract, develop, engage and retain top talent. The team benefits from a Recruitment Administrator who will support activities such as posting jobs and arranging interviews.

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing and delivering effective recruitment campaigns which utilise a variety of approaches to source the best candidates
Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to determine and deploy direct hiring strategies over the longer term
Develop and cultivate effective talent pools
Utilising LinkedIn, job boards, talents pools, social media campaigns, industry events, job fairs and other innovative attraction methods to source and engage candidates
Develop and articulate clear and differentiated EVP's which engage our target markets.
Acting as resourcing expert. Critically evaluating practice and being a driving in force in our continuous improvement
