As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside Global and leading National organisations; managing the recruitment sales process through the complete cycle from initial contact through to purchase, providing first class customer service.
We are looking for confident individuals with recruitment experience who take pride in their work and can demonstrate the ability to problem solve.
About the role:
You will manage profitable relationships within your clearly defined market
You will be responsible for driving your own sales through proactive processes including: Cold Calling of prospects, relationship building, social media selling, and marketing
You will manage both client and candidate expectations throughout the sales cycle ensuring open communication is maintained at all times
You will be expected to deliver results outlined internally and by your client portfolio.
You will be involved in assisting with the development of Trainee Recruitment Consultants (providing advice when required)
You will attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
You will have the opportunity to provide your clients with both permanent and Contract focused recruitment solutions.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
Must be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence decisions
Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior staff members including and not limited to; Line Managers, CEO's, MD's and HR Directors.
