As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible to work on behalf of clients to source the most suitable candidates for temporary, contract and permanent job roles.You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients and it's about understanding the requirements of a job and then finding the right person to fill that requirement.
Job Specification : -
  • Helping clients to find suitable candidates to fill their positions,
  • Involved with the marketing to devise job adverts and attract quality candidates,
  • Making phone calls to suitable candidates to book for registration,
  • Describing the duties, rates and benefits of the position,
  • Updating the database with the details of potential candidates,
  • Undertaking background checks, verifying references,work experience and qualifications / training of applicants in line with company compliance.
  • Screening, testing and assessing candidates,
  • Ensuring the compliance of any temporary worker placed,
  • Developing a relationship with candidates,
  • Involved in negotiating the hourly rate between the client and the candidate,
  • Attending job fairs on the company's behalf, standing at a stall and talking with graduates and job seekers,
  • Attending network events and using marketing to attract more clients,
  • Calling clients to generate more business for the agency (subject to marketing strategies),
  • Attending meetings with clients on a regular basis,
  • Giving clients advice and guidance on appropriate hourly / salary rates, training and career development.
  • Building own database of clients and contacts.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
