Salary: ??20,000 per annum Plus Uncapped Commission (OTE ??44k)

Purosearch is fast growing company with our management team having over 60 years of recruitment experience and due to the team expanding, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our York branch on a full time and permanent basis. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Manager, you will provide a candidate and client focussed service such as advertising client roles, writing contracts, sourcing suitable candidates, developing client relations, writing job adverts. This is a fast-paced role with progression & development opportunities. We have ambitious plans for our company by expanding our portfolio of services across our many sectors and as such we are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant.

Your Duties:
• Provide Candidate consultations
• Manage, direct and monitor the day-to-day roles available on the market
• Write Job Adverts to source suitable candidates
• Provide active support to clients on Resourcing Talent
• Manage timely and accurate terms and conditions
• Oversee and coordinate the interview processes
• Support the development and manage the designated region
• Ensure that the Candidate Database and other information systems (Attendance, Talent Management System) are up to date

What we need from you:
• Degree educated in a business discipline is desirable but not essential
• Recruitment or consultative sales experience
• Strong technical ability in using CRM or database systems
• Good computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Access packages.
