We are looking for a successful 360 consultant from any industry background, Commercial, IT, Education, Construction, you must already run a successful permanent desk and have a proactive approach to networking.

The Duties of the Recruitment Consultant will be:

Matching high calibre candidates to positions
Conducting assessments and interviews
Developing new business through visits, calls and emails
Building good working relationships with new and existing clients
Working towards set targets and KPIs
Promoting the company brand through networking
Attending client meetings both new and existing
Meeting candidate face to face and interviewing on a daily basis
Making outbound sales calls per week to gain new business
Negotiating with clients on fees and rates
Forecasting of future sales
Writing and adverting of positions on various job boards
Growing the company's profits through attracting new customers and by increasing the spend of existing customers
Involved in pitching and presenting to clients and attending client meetings

Generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales
Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering company and candidate information to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
Following up on all sales activities including, calls, emails, hot leads, pipeline and client drop offs
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business
Dealing with terms of business and following process's with new and existing clients
Strategic planning by been responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the company
Account management of high spending accounts, and undertaking quarterly reviews with the decision maker
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM or other sales management system.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
Attend networking events on a regular basis

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have:

2-3 years in a similar role
A current pipeline and relationship with clients
The ability to generate business from a cold desk

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Salary is between ??25,000 - ??40,000 depending on experience with a generous commission structure which can be earnt from day one
