We are looking to appoint an experienced Resourcing Manager to join our Human Resources team in Oxford and lead on all Emerging Talent hires for our UK business, on a Fixed Term Contract of 9 months. You will be responsible for:

* All Graduate, Apprentice and Placement recruitment across Amey, working closely with HRDs and BU Managers

* Lead and develop a team of recruiters to deliver a best practice resourcing service

* Oversee and develop project plans to improve the delivery of Resourcing and work with divisional peers and the Centre of Expertise where there are common goals

* Manage and monitor the performance of your team, monitoring key KPIs and SLAs (time to hire, cost per hire, diversity of hire and quality of hire) and action appropriately if SLAs are not met

* Works with the business to develop and implement workforce plans and produce resource plans to support the required targets

What are we looking for?

* Experience working within an internal recruitment function focusing on Emerging Talent recruitment

* Experience of successfully leading and managing a small team of recruiters

* Solid knowledge of resource planning, recruitment sourcing techniques and how to use them within Emerging Talent

* Extensive experience managing and running assessment centres

* Evidence of experience designing recruitment solutions that will work for a diverse stakeholder group
