Due to continued growth within a buoyant market, they are looking for additional recruitment consultants to join the Health and Social Care team. The role will be diverse, interesting and will include:
- Selling via telephone and face to face.
- Converting new business and retaining existing customers.
- Advertising role.
- Interviewing and assessing applicants to determine suitability.
- Maintain your own database, generate leads and build relationships.
- Recruitment admin.
You will be:
- An experienced recruitment consultant.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer services.
- Ambitious, motivated, career-minded and driven.
- Professional in attitude and presentation.
- A full UK driving licence holder.
