Basic to 35K OTE to 55k Year One
This company is a well-established, extremely successful Recruitment brand seeking a Senior Permanent Consultant/Team Lead to join their Permanent Public Sector team.
Based within a dynamic and highly successful team, the role will involve building relationships with key hiring managers as well as recruiting for permanent IT opportunities with a loyal client base within the Public Sector across the UK. You will be expected to spend time client facing so regular visits are encouraged and you should be confident in your ability to build relationships at a senior level. This is a multifaceted and hands role within a niche consultancy. It offers a rare blend of 360 recruitment on high value accounts, a demand to flex your account management muscles and offers the opportunity to step into team management and make a name for yourself within a thriving business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT recruiter looking for a role that offers huge amounts of autonomy with a successful brand and a fast track career path to management. You will ideally have 4 years 360 recruitment experience and looking for a more unique role that offers more diversity and opportunity. You will almost certainly have experience in the IT recruitment sector and be looking to further develop in this market.
The role is open to someone looking to lead a team from day 1 or to gradually step into management, so any exposure to this or a desire to become senior management in time is welcomed. You will have a mature head on your shoulders with a desire to make a name for yourself and have the intelligence to back it up. With this will come the opportunity to build your own team around you.
Salary is reflective of experience and is likely to be in the 30k - 35k region with ote of up to ??55k achievable in year one. A good benefits package is available too.
