Recruitment Consultant / Sales Executive, Based in Mold, Salary ??20-25k + commission.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant / Sales Executive to join an established educational recruitment specialist based in Mold and who cover North Wales Cheshire & the Wirral. Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (any sector) would be highly desirable, but is not essential as we are also keen to consider candidates from other industries who have sales experience and are target driven and motivated.
The Recruitment Consultant / Sales Executive role will sit within their Education Recruitment Team in the Mold branch on a Primary Education desk. There is an opportunity to inherit an existing client base to manage and grow as their Account Manager, in addition to new business sales activities.
You will sit within a well-established team who have excellent market knowledge and can support a consultant coming from a non-education recruitment background. Your interpersonal skills will be impeccable and you will be able to manage your own time and workload efficiently. The role is a full 360 degree Recruitment Consultant role with the opportunity to earn a fantastic bonus on, what they believe, is the best commission scheme in the Industry.
The ideal candidate will already have sales experience showing competencies in account management, business development and new business sales. You will be strong willed, be a great team player, ambitious and be determined to succeed in a pressurised and competitive environment.
Previous recruitment experience (any sector) would be advantageous, however, this is not essential and we are also wanting to consider candidates from other sales executive and account manager backgrounds. To be considered, candidates must have:

- Basic salary of ??20,000 to ??25,000 depending on experience
