Recruitment Consultant - Central Solihull - Basic of up to ??30,000 - OTE ??70,000+
Oliver William Recruitment is currently in search of a Recruitment Consultant to specialise in the placement of finance professionals. We are in a period of rapid growth, and are offering the opportunity for real career progression and high earning potential for the ideal candidate.
The successful candidate will need to have a track record of placing professionals into commercial environments, experience recruiting within the finance and accounting sector would be advantageous but not a requirement. The candidate will also be involved in mentoring and guiding more junior members of staff.
General Recruitment Consultants responsibilities include:
- Development of new business, which will include cold calling, lead generation and basic candidate marketing
- Management of the specialist 'Top Candidate' list by identifying and building long term relationships with the top candidates in the market
- Work closely with the junior consultants, lead on your own assignments and help develop them into future consultants
- Assist with the continuous development of direct marketing and ensure the Oliver William brand is being promoted in the best possible way
- Attend client meetings to gather information on future positions, guide the organisation on best practice and build long term relationships
- Interview potential candidates to ensure they are suitable for positions and give them guidance on the best approach to interviews
- Consistently hit financial targets and assist in the growth of the business
