Barrington James is currently looking to expand our Internal Recruitment division, to begin your career in Recruitment within a team of dedicated and competitive consultants, in a collaborative and driven environment.

Internal recruiters enable the 30% projected year on year growth of Barrington James, thus giving you the opportunity to directly influence the business and its expansion, hiring across our global offices in Europe, Asia and the USA. Within this position you are essentially the face of the business, you are an integral part of both the branding and development of the company.

The main roles of an Internal Recruiter include:

* Source, interview and hire suitable candidates for roles through active networking, using both online and offline tools

* Direct access and communication with our directors to develop the business

* Networking with the best talent globally to find positions for our most urgent hires

* Generating innovative ideas on how to grow and improve the business
