Due to continued expansion, TEC Partners are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their growing engineering team in Central Norwich, which offers excellent growth and career progression opportunities!

About your new role
You will work closely alongside one of our Directors to build up your own desk within the engineering sector, with a view to growing your own team.

This role is a full 360 recruitment position and will focus on business development, as well as managing pre-existing clients, sourcing candidates, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Who we are looking for
• Min 3 years' experience in a 360 Recruitment position
• Proven track record in business development
• Demonstrable consistent billing
