Financial Services Associate Director/Senior Recruitment Consultant
My client is an established Financial Services recruitment group with business operations on a global scale. They are widely established in Asia and are viewed as a market leader there. They have relationships with most of the global Financial Services companies and recruit into many different areas in both back and middle office at a mid market to very senior level including C suite.
Their operation in London is relatively new and is being headed up by one of their Senior Directors who has already managed to gain significant traction with a number of their global clients in London. They are now looking to grow the team in London and would like to hire a number of people by the end of the year. Initially scope exists for a more senior hire to help build the team and assist the MD to deliver the work they are winning. You will need to have a background in Financial Services recruitment and may have covered areas such as Risk, Compliance, Change, Finance, Operations or any combination thereof. Indeed experience in other areas of FS will also be welcomed. You are likely to have between 5-10 years experience although mindset and attitude is equally as important. You will be looking to thrive in a growing business and adapt well to change and ambiguity that exists in a rapidly growing business. In return you will have significant autonomy and be part of something from the ground up, backed by the larger group in Asia and supported by their considerable relationships.
This is a rare opportunity to be in a start up with all of the benefits but very little of the risk or indeed without the heavy business development focus in cold clients often found in start up situations. You may well be currently either in a larger business and be seeking more autonomy and scope along with opportunity, or be in a smaller business that has become stagnant, either way this opportunity should appeal to you.
Salary and package will be dependant of experience, but a generous commission structure and profit share will ensure that an OTE of ??100-150k plus is achievable for the right individual. The opportunity to build a team also exists, but your career aspirations may differ and can likely be met within this structure.
