Role objective:
To deliver recruitment projects from small discreet pieces of work to complex multi-stage recruitment campaigns. You will ensure that these are delivered on time, to cost and an exceptionally high standard and with a wide range of candidate and client interaction.
You will be responsible for taking a brief from the Client Delivery Lead on new pieces of work and then pro-actively project managing your own campaigns, ensuring that client requirements translate into first-class, well planned delivery. You will be expected to build relationships with your clients, keeping them informed at every stage and ensuring that they perceive they are receiving a first-class value for money service.
Another aspect of the role could be to research clients, companies and network candidates for more specialist roles. You may be required to 'sell' the opportunity to candidates by using LinkedIn, job boards, e-mail and phone, encouraging candidates to apply. You will also be on the look-out for business development opportunities to assist in the profitability of the business.

Duties and responsibilities:
*Build relationships with existing clients and ensuring that clients perceive that they are receiving a quality and value for money service
*Build relationships with internal and external delivery partners ensuring they are aware of requirements and deliver within required timescales
*Communicate and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of project delivery
*Co-ordinate and input into the production of recruitment micro-sites and online application processes, utilising lessons learnt to improve and ensuring that quality assurance is at the heart
*Monitor response levels to attraction campaigns, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and any corrective action is implemented as soon as appropriate to do so
*Identify candidates for consideration against niche/specialist projects, advising them of the opportunity and encourage them to apply
*Candidate screening, eligibility check applications, conduct telephone interviews and or competency sift as required
*Support extended team members involved in project delivery and be flexible in the support of other staff when required
*Follow project management disciplines, track all changes, ensuring audit trail in place
*Act as initial point of contact for client queries and candidate queries/complaints taking them through to resolution, escalating complex cases to the Delivery manager
*Input into new, innovative and flexible ways of meeting client's needs/exceed client's expectations
*Undertake additional project work (as required)
*Ensuring the candidate journey is always a positive experience
*Adhere to candidate care strategy including, but not limited to, frequency of contact, information provided and quality of feedback.
*Act as a point of contact for candidate queries via email and telephone, taking ownership through to successful conclusion and maintaining a high level of candidate control
Daily Duties
*Be committed to the success of your team and therefore the company as a whole
*Take and log phone calls, post and email enquiries from candidates
*Process and submit enquiries back to team within timescales set primarily by the Requirement Lead/Business Partner or Delivery Manager.
*Follow up referrals and pass on details to the relevant consultant
*Email and call candidates with information regarding relevant vacancies
*Place jobs online and call candidates from database
*Once a candidate has been submitted to a client ensure they are fully prepared for interview.
*Proactive ownership of own workload
Candidate Sourcing
*Own the sourcing of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking
*Post job adverts
*Maintain accurate information on the candidate database (ATS)
*Deliver shortlists of candidates through to the appropriate account manager within the agreed timescales
*Provide regular status updates to the Requirement Leads
*Attend client meeting as required
*Attend internal team meetings to update on progress
Candidate Care
*Manage expectations of candidates and provide regular updates on progress
*Spot and escalate any candidate related issues
*To keep up to date on all legislative obligations prescribed by TRACS
*Understand both the internal and client security processes and ensure compliance
Person specification:
*Computer literate (MS Office)
*Confident phone manner
*Strong research skills
*Experience in an administrative/recruitment role
*Organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage own workload
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*A proactive approach to resolving problems and issues
*Able to foster relationships with both new and existing clients and a range of third parties
*Capable of managing multiple projects within a pressurised environment
*Committed to delivering a quality service with excellent attention to detail

*A successful track record as a recruiter, preferably in the permanent market.
*Experienced at various attraction methodologies
*Proven experience of developing relationships with clients within a recruitment business
*Experience of project managing recruitment projects
*Experienced at sifting and screening methodologies
*Customer service experience - confident and professional telephone manner in dealing with both clients and candidates
*Computer literate (including spread sheets/Excel) and willing to travel as required
