Liaising with small manufacturing businesses up to large blue chip organisations will give you a good breadth of knowledge and relationship building required in business. Recruitment Consultants assist companies in sourcing, interviewing and assessing prospective employees. For this service they charge a professional service fee. Usually office based, the role requires strong interpersonal and influencing skills over the phone. You may well be required to meet client employers at their premises to understand their requirements in greater depth. Candidates are usually interviewed over the phone or at our premises.

You may have experience with a previous recruitment business or may be thinking of entering the sector for the first time, possibly straight from Higher or Further Education. We can make the best of your talent regardless of your previous experience. Full sales and development training is provided by our experienced management team.

Consultants receive competitive basic salaries in a range from ??18,000 to ??22,000pa however with experience and determination they can earn double or even three times this in salary and commission.
We keep normal office hours of 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday. Additional working hours may be required on occasion based on achieving key objectives. All applicants must have a Full Driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
