Recruitment Consultant - Insurance
- ??23-30k basic (negotiable for Senior Consultants from sector)
- Commission to 35%

Join a very successful business working on a existing, billing perms desk focussing on the insurance market. There are loyal, repeat business clients in place with live vacancies in process for you to move on. So you can start earning really quickly!
You'll be a creative candidate attractor - big part of your role will be candidate attraction through a number of methods including direct approach / headhunt alongside database and social media. A positive attitude to direct approach is essential. Meeting with clients is encouraged and, where possible, candidates. Average salaries - ??20-60k with some market leading clients who will call here first with their recruitment needs.
It isn't a pure AM role though - you'll also be developing relationships with new and existing clients within the insurance markets.

Absolute transparency - They talk about the good and the bad from each week, without judgment, and they share what works, what they did that made that difference and ask each other for suggestions to make things better. (The directors bill so they share their woes too!) You'll get 1-2-1 time with the directors every week and you'll meet monthly to plan and review and find out what you need from them.
- Bonus up to 35%
- Car allowance and extra day holiday if you hit quarterly target
- Quarterly incentive based on % target - typically iPad, ??500 vouchers etc
- Team incentive based on over-achievement of TEAM 6 month target - regardless of how that billing is spread, you ALL go on a break away Friday morning to Sunday - fully expensed.
