Due to recent growth, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant (Commercial or Industrial) to join our vibrant team inHayes, Middlesex. We are looking for a highly competent new member of the team who is a confident, organised and results driven with an outgoing and positive personality.
- Multi-sector sales and recruitment, both contract and permanent
- Advertising, recruitment selection and management of staff
- Maintaining and recording your sales pipeline using the company CRM
- Building relationships with external organisations and individuals to increase exposure
- Working in line with the company's compliance procedures (including carrying out right to work checks)
- Working with the team efficiently to ensure best practice processes
- Meeting recruitment deadlines and targets
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience in recruitment is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
- Extremely well organised
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Client focused/results driven
- IT literate
- Experience of using a CRM system to complete daily work flow
- Highly motivated with a passion to succeed
- Hold a full UK driving licence and owns a vehicle for transport
Hours of work;
- 08:00-17:30 - Monday -Friday
- Attractive basic salary with a great commission scheme
