One of the UK's leading and fast-growing recruitment businesses are keen to speak with experienced temps recruiters about a role in their successful West Bromwich office to develop an existing Business Support desk. Within a non-corporate, highly rewarding and entrepreneurial culture, you'll have the autonomy to develop the desk further: placing office support roles across both an existing, established client base and through building relationships with new clients within the West Midlands area. This role will require a self-motivated, driven and organised 360 recruiter to sell the company services to new clients.

Key role and responsibilities for this Temp Recruitment Consultant role:

* Carrying out business development activities to generate new vacancies

* Sourcing candidates, interviewing, CV formatting and managing the candidate process

* Building a pool of quality temp candidates

* Building trust and credibility with clients and candidates through delivering high levels of service

* Generating revenues in line with agreed targets

Minimum requirements for this Temp Recruitment Consultant role

* Previous experience as a temps recruiter

• Experience of B2B sales and KPI's

* Self-motivated, competitive and professional
