Sales Executive / Recruitment Consultant, Salary: basic up to ??30k + Commission + progression opportunities, Based in Warrington

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive / Recruitment Consultant to join an established educational recruitment specialist who cover North Wales Cheshire & the Wirral. You will be joining the company at an extremely exciting time, with the launch of a new branch in the Warrington area.

The ideal candidate will already have extensive sales or recruitment experience showing competencies in account management, business development and new business/cold calling sales. You will be strong willed, be a great team player, ambitious and be determined to succeed in an extremely pressurised and competitive environment.

Working closely with company directors, you will be part of an ambitious project with scope for serious career development. For this position you will be joining a well-established team with excellent market knowledge. The role is a full 360 degree Recruitment Consultant role with the opportunity to earn a fantastic bonus on, what they believe, is the best commission scheme in the Industry.

Candidate requirements:

Proven Success in sales-essential, so solid experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, Account Manager or Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment sales experience - desirable
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and target orientated
Relationship builder
Outgoing team player

Basic salary of ??25,000 to ??30,000 depending on experience
