The ideal candidate would have worked within Recruitment or within a sales role where they were dealing with B2B.
The role would suit someone who is able to think on their feet, multitask, deliver against realistic targets & be a team player.
- Business Development
- Attending client and candidate meetings
-Identifying suitable candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
-Booking candidates in for registration appointments
-Conducting screening interviews
-Ensuring candidates are compliant and eligible for work
-Creating and posting job adverts
-Maintaining an up to date database of available candidates
-Data entry and system updates
This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and every day is different.
To be a success within this role you need to have exception communication skills, want to deliver the best service and happy to be busy all the time.
