Key duties and responsibilities

  • Market research
  • Taking detailed and accurate client briefs
  • Preparing high quality sales proposals with the aim of winning business
  • Identifying and head hunting candidates
  • Managing targeted advertising campaigns
  • Preparing candidate briefing packs
  • Conducting detailed candidate assessments/interviews
  • Preparing high quality candidate reports and presenting to clients
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in line with company and legislative requirements
  • Contribute to the growth of the client database by the identification and development of ley/target accounts
  • Achievement of agreed KPI's and income targets
  • Reporting sales activity and figures to branch manager as required
  • Adhere to all Industria Policies available on the Intranet data drive.

  • Consistent achievement of agreed income targets and KPI's

  • Accuracy of forecasting/reporting

  • Quality of proposals, adverts and candidates reports written

  • Quality and number of candidates sourced by headhunting activities

  • Candidate and client satisfaction

  • Number of new retained roles won

Person specification

  • Graduate calibre
  • Outgoing, confident with leadership ability gained within a recruitment environment
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Recruitment sector desirable
  • Results oriented with proven ability to succeed in a highly competitive recruitment market
  • Flexible, strong work ethic and committed to organisational goals and values
  • Persuasive and able to influence at all levels
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to provide creative solutions to problems and challenges
  • Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Professional at all times
  • Analytical with experience of research
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Driven by personal success but also a team player
  • Self-managing, organised and able to motivate self and staff
  • Computer literate and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet and recruiting systems
