Job Role: Resourcing Coordinator

Location: Leeds General Infirmary, Great George Street, Leeds, LS1 3EX

Salary: ??18,500 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

Contract: Full time and Permanent

The Role - What does the Resourcing Coordinator role look like?

As a Resourcing Coordinator you will be key in ensuring that recruitment requirements are delivered in line with our client's expectations and contractual obligations. You will be the main point of contact to all managers requiring temporary staff for the hospital. You will liaise with Managers at the hospital to understand their staffing requirements and be responsible for booking nurses and other clinical staff onto shifts for the hospital.

You will also be required to:

  • Attend recruitment fairs and trust events to promote the client's Staff bank
  • Promote the client's Staff bank at ward level and at internal meetings
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Record data on relevant systems and databases
  • Administrate to support the recruitment process
  • Call and screen candidates to increase candidate pool

The Person - What makes a good Resourcing Coordinator?

To be successful in this role you will need the following experience:

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (grade C or above)
  • Experience of working in a customer or client facing role
  • Experience of extensive telephone communication, ideally in a call-centre environment
  • Strong excel skills
  • Demonstrating a willingness to learn new bespoke web-based database systems would be advantageous
