As a recruiter in this business you will:

  • Work alongside Senior HR Recruiters, to drive the division forward
  • Meet individual and business targets
  • Network and develop relationships with prospective clients in order to win new business and achieve revenue targets
  • Continue to build candidate network of HR Professionals of senior level
  • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment process from start to finish for candidates
  • Support colleagues when needed

I am looking for the following experience and attributes:

  • 2 years minimum recruitment experience across professional services (360 experience)
  • Very self-motivated and dependent
  • Commercially savvy in terms of decision making and prioritisation
  • Professional and polished approach
  • Career focused

Salary bracket:

??22,000-??26,000 basic salary for recruiters with 6 months to 3 years experience across professional services recruitment

??26,000-??32,000 basic salary for recruiters with more than 3 years recruitment experience across professional services or HR recruitment
