JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant

REPORTING TO: Commercial Manager

This is an encompassing recruitment role based at Shipley Head Office, undertaking full responsibility for business activities of the designated business unit to include:

Candidate Registration

Development of all prospects

Account Management

Increase sales turnover & GP


* To provide the highest standard of service to all Advantage corporate clients, prospects and candidates, ensuring their positive perception of the company and its services

* To ensure continued growth of all business revenue streams

* To achieve and exceed budgeted financial targets

* Ensure compliance with all current legislation

* Compose and distribute relevant sales and administrative documentation

* To provide support and development to the other members of the sales team


* Professionally manage the day-to -day processes of promoting, selling and providing Advantage services to companies within specific industry sector

* Liaise with Credit Control/Accounts Manager to ensure prospective clients meet required credit status

* Negotiate fees and rates with prospective and existing clients

* Ensure all relevant documentation is completed to the company standards.

* Work closely with Sales Manager and team members regarding business development to identify further business opportunities across all revenue streams

* Continually develop relationships with all corporate clients and ensure account management procedures are adhered to

* Assess the eligibility of each candidate to work in the UK obtaining and recording all documentation required under section 8 of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996

* Ensure company database is accurately updated and maintained logging all candidate and client information immediately including telephone/SMS conversations, email exchanges and all other forms of communication

* Comply with all industry legislation and codes of practice

* To achieve sales and GP performance in line with pre-set annual targets


* Comply with company dress code policy at all times

* Comply with all company policies

* Promote and encourage team spirit amongst colleagues

* Always ensure a positive polite attitude and a professional approach

* Ensure you are punctual to work and all internal/external meetings

* Ensure the working environment aids efficient operations and all areas are kept clean and tidy and within Health & Safety parameters

* A positive and professional representation of the company are portrayed at all times

* Carry out any other duties as required by the Manager or Directors
