The basic role of a recruitment consultant is to find the right candidates for the right roles through a variety of methods. Whether it's through networking at events or searching CV's on job boards!
This means focusing on building lasting relationships with people who are looking for a job (just like you) as well as writing and posting job adverts and then contacting the clients and selling the candidates to them! There is a lot of variety within recruitment and this role would be a great opportunity for any graduate wanting to develop their skills!
You would be working for one of the largest recruitment companies within the London area, who are currently working with over 200 hiring clients.
