To complement our existing areas of expertise, and in view of client request and demand we are building a team to provide specialist I.T. recruitment solutions to our exhaustive list of existing global Life Sciences Clients, in keeping with our market specific, consultative approach. This represents a superb opportunity, with significant financial backing and back office support, for a resourcing consultant (but not be limited to):
Developing sourcing plans in line with particular client briefs.
Sourcing of potential applicants via existing database search, professional channels, referrals, social media, specialist job boards and advertising campaigns.
Responsibility for compiling accurate and attractive profiles for submission to clients for consideration
What we are looking for:
There is no strict defined background or experience that is essential, however we are keen to hear from individuals who possess some of the following attributes:
A degree level education (a Life sciences or related degree, or an interest in the subject would be advantageous)
Evidence of commercial or business acumen, preferably gained from some exposure to a commercial/Sales environment
Exceptional communication skills, with experience of extensive telephone work in a corporate/business environment
