Recruitment Consultant - Risk Desk

The Risk team was set up in 2010 of the back of the financial crisis and an increased focus on regulation in financial services. The Risk team leverages off the strong relationships built within Financial Services over the last 30 years.
Producing year on year growth, consultants take a duel desk approach, covering both contract and perm roles.
Looking to add some fresh experience to the team, which is one of the most important growth areas in Banking. The new opportunity is to focus on the Market, Credit and Quantitative Risk space with our Banking Clients. The split of temp/perm roles will be driven by the consultant and this is a desk for someone who wants to business develop and grow a niche within a team who already has good relationships in this space.
The average temp fee in the team is over ??7 per hour with the perm average around ??12,500.
I am seeking experienced consultants that want to take up the challenge of a technical, high value market where relationship building is key.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
At least 12 months experience of recruitment (any sector)
Consistent record of good billings and performance against KPIs
Driven by continuous improvement and progression
A natural hunger to maxamise earning potential with my client offering a 40% commission banding for high fee earners.
