We are delighted to announce to the market that we have a number of newly created opportunities for experienced professional recruiters who would like to join our recruitment firm. Pertemps, the largest independently owned recruitment agency in the UK, we are currently recruiting for our Worcester Office

You will need to have an existing background in Recruitment though sector experience is not essential but some form of professional services experience would be an advantage.

The Role
  • Recruiting in a fast paced working environment
  • Plan and prioritise recruitment activity to ensure each stage of the recruitment process is delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Sourcing and meeting new candidates across the job market
  • Advertising and marketing client vacancies though relevant job boards and social media platforms
  • Matching vacancies with quality applicants, by effectively liaising with clients and candidates.
  • Arranging and managing interviews
  • Provide pre-employment and compliance checks, in line with: company policy,
  • Attending client meetings
