Wage: ??192 - 231/Week

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Time spent in training: You are required to spend a minimum of 7.5 hours per week in training that supports your apprenticeship course

Job duties and responsibilities:

You will be required to walk the candidate through the on boarding experience, pre-screening, through interview and maintaining the relationship whilst The Compliance Team clear the file. Once the candidate is cleared it is your job to ensure that the Account Managers are aware and placement is made accordingly.

  • Headhunting and building pipeline
  • Initial contact email
  • Pre Screening
  • Interviews
  • Registration process review/suggestions
  • Evaluating the efficiency of controls and making recommendations to improve them
  • Social media campaigns
  • Managing the timescales of the registration process and reporting this

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Punctual with excellent time management
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
